# Access Restricted

> What you see when you sign in without console access

Access Restricted is shown to someone who signs in successfully but whose role cannot use the console. Only **Admin** and **Analytics Viewer** can; a **Member**, or a **Manager** with no other console role, is monitored but has no console.

## What's on the page

A full-page card headed **You Don't Have Access**, with the line *Need access? Contact your organization admin.* and the email you are signed in as.

## What you can do

| **Sign out** | Signs you out, so you can use a different account |
| **Access just granted? Refresh this page** | Reloads the page, so a role your admin has just changed takes effect |

## Common questions

**Does this mean my AI tools stopped working?**
No. Console access and monitoring are separate. Your AI tools keep running under the policies that apply to them; they just cannot open the dashboard.

**How do I get access?**
Ask an admin to change your role under [Settings → Console Access](https://docs.getunbound.ai/dashboard/settings).
