# Subscription Expired

> What you see when a subscription has lapsed, and what it affects

Subscription Expired is shown when your organization's subscription or trial has ended.

## What's on the page

A card confirming the subscription has lapsed, with the end date and how to restore it.

## What you can do

| Action                | Result                                                                                                 |
| --------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| **Contact Unbound**   | Opens Unbound's contact page in a new tab, to reactivate                                               |
| **Refresh this page** | *Already subscribed?* — reloads the page, so a reactivation that has already gone through takes effect |

  While a subscription is lapsed, dashboard access is paused and **policy enforcement stops** — your agents run without the guardrails your policies apply.

The card is headed **Subscription Expired**, with **Enforcement Inactive** beside the Unbound logo.
