# Workspace Setup Pending

> What you see when a new workspace is waiting on confirmation or approval

Workspace Setup Pending is shown to someone who signs in before their organization has a workspace. It has two forms, and the page moves on by itself once a workspace exists.

## What's on the page

| You see | Why |
| - | - |
| **Awaiting approval** · *Let's Get Your Workspace Set Up* | Your email domain does not have a workspace yet. Unbound sets up new workspaces with each team personally, and the page names your domain |
| **Email not confirmed** · *Confirm Your Email to Continue* | The confirmation link sent to your inbox has not been opened yet |

## What you can do

| Action | Result |
| - | - |
| **Book a demo** | Opens Unbound's scheduling page in a new tab |
| **Contact support** | Opens Unbound's contact page in a new tab |
| **I've confirmed, refresh** | On the email form: reloads the page after you open the confirmation link |
| **Use a different account** | Signs you out, so you can sign in with another email |

Once a workspace exists for your domain the page forwards you to the dashboard, or to the setup wizard if setup is not finished — see [Onboarding](https://docs.getunbound.ai/dashboard/onboarding).
