Access Restricted is shown to someone who signs in successfully but whose role cannot use the console. Only Admin and Analytics Viewer can; a Member, or a Manager with no other console role, is monitored but has no console.

Common questions

Does this mean my AI tools stopped working? No. Console access and monitoring are separate. Your AI tools keep running under the policies that apply to them; they just cannot open the dashboard. How do I get access? Ask an admin to change your role under Settings → Console Access.
