Usage holds two sub-tabs: Adoption, which is licensed per organization, and Account Usage, which is always available. Users appears where your organization has it enabled; elsewhere the tab is absent and its address returns you here.
Filters and controls
Time range
24 Hours · 3 days · 7 days · 1 month · 3 months · Custom Range Remembered between visits, applying to every card and chart. A custom range covers any window within the last 90 days; once one is applied, the menu’s Custom Range entry carries a ✓ and the button shows the dates.Filters

The whole-organization view of a preset range can be up to 30 minutes behind. Every other view is current:
So the same window can read two ways within a few minutes — an export at 10:00 and the unfiltered page at 10:05 are not measuring the same instant. For live figures, apply a filter or use a custom range covering the same dates.
